Refunds and Returns

We understand it can be hard choosing the perfect colour online. We offer easy 7 day exchanges & refunds.

For refunds, Send the product back in original condition with the security tag on the extension bag intact and we'll credit your Afterpay, Paypal, credit card or bank account the original amount of your order, minus the cost shipping incurred by Rapunzel’s Halo.

Refunds take 1-2 days to be completed once the product has been received. To qualify for a refund the set must be returned in unused condition due to Australian hygiene regulations. We cannot refund or exchange extensions that have had this tag cut.

Replacements & faulty items

If there are any manufacturing issues with our product, Rapunzel’s Halo will first repair, then replace the faulty item. This will occur once original product is returned and assessed. A refund in this case will only be eligible if a replacement product is un-available or if the returned product was not opened.

Product images & colour matching

All product images depict our products accurately, however different monitors and devices may cause some shades to look slightly different on-screen. We recommend requesting free samples to be sent for those in Australia and watching our find your perfect colour video along with the product photos to get an overall idea of the correct colour for you.

Halo Security

We recommend you wear your new halo around the house for a few hours before venturing out to ensure it is correctly adjusted. You should be able to shake your head with out it slipping or falling out. If you are getting to much movement please watch our Halo placement are fitting video along with the tutorial on how to adjust and replace the micro beads
